I am an impassioned advocate for Holistic Health, I am dedicated to improving lives through the power of Energy, Frequency and Vibration. My Journey
My journey into being a transformational guide began with a personal quest for healing and self-discovery. at an early age I realized I had gifts that will benefit everyone I come in contact with. I have always been deeply attuned to the subtle nuances of sound, breath and energy. I felt a strong pull towards exploring all these different modalities and body work techniques and their potential to transform my Body and Soul so I can guide you in your transformation.
Years of research, study, and personal experimentation has led me down this amazing path of ancient wisdom, a modern scientific understanding of the profound effects of sound, breath and energy. I have drawn from various spiritual traditions, such as Tibetan and Native American practices, and merging them with modern advances in neuroscience, I forged my own unique approach to the healing modalities of Sound Therapy, Breathwork, Reiki and a few more.
My Process
At the heart of my practice lies the notion that every individual is a Being of vibrations constantly in flux. By utilizing intuition I create an environment where I guide people towards transformation, balance and harmony within their own energetic composition.
My process begins by creating Sacred Space, a place that allows individuals to let go of the external world and enter a state of deep relaxation and receptivity. Through the use of Breath and various instruments, including gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and drums, I orchestrate sound that will resonate with the different layers of energy within.
During a session, I will intuitively navigate and guide you through these vibrational landscapes, adapting and responding to the unique needs of your Soul. From the gentle lull of soothing tones to the vibrant crescendo of dynamic rhythms, I guide individuals on a transformative journey, helping them release tension, alleviate stress, and access their inner wisdom. I finish with integration that allows the mind to see others experiences that validate its own experience.
My Inspirations for Healing Work
My inspirations for Healing Work are Sound Therapy, Breathwork, Reiki, Shamanism and Herbalism are drawn from diverse sources from the Amazonian and Siberian Shamans, Gurus from India and Monks from Tibet. I have learned through ancient wisdom of these cultures and their profound understanding of the power of Sound and Breath. Shamanic traditions teach us that Sound and Breath is a portal to higher states of consciousness, facilitating healing and connection with the divine. They also teach that the breath is the Spirit of our Soul.
Moreover, I find inspiration in the scientific discoveries that continue to validate the therapeutic benefits of all of these healing modalities.
